These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of blacktop-police-chase.com (the "Site"), operated by Blacktop Police Chase ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

The Site hosts and embeds browser-based games. Some games are embedded from third-party partner sites (including Gameriz). Those games are provided "as is" and remain the property of their respective owners. We do not claim ownership of third-party game content.

- Scrape, crawl, or harvest content from the Site using automated tools (beyond standard search engine crawlers).
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code of embedded games.
- Frame, mirror, or rehost the Site's pages on another domain without written permission.
- Attempt to overload, disrupt, or attack the Site (DoS, SQL injection, etc.).
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in a way that violates applicable regulations.
- Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or tracking pixels through contact forms.

The Site contains links to external sites, including our partner Gameriz. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content, privacy practices, or availability. Clicking an external link is your choice.
