Our Position

Blacktop Police Chase respects the intellectual property of others and expects users, partners, and advertisers to do the same. It is our policy, in appropriate circumstances, to remove content that is alleged to infringe copyright and to terminate repeat infringers.

Notice of Infringement

If you believe that content on blacktop-police-chase.com infringes your copyright, please send a written notification to our designated agent that includes all of the following:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner (or their authorized representative).
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed โ€” if multiple works, a representative list.
  3. Identification of the allegedly infringing material and information reasonably sufficient to locate it (the specific URL on our site is ideal).
  4. Your contact information โ€” name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
Incomplete notices will not be processed. Please include all six items. Notices missing any element will be returned with instructions.

Where to Send Notices

Our designated DMCA agent can be reached at:

Email: dmca@blacktop-police-chase.com
Subject line: "DMCA Takedown Notice"

Email is strongly preferred for speed. We do not accept DMCA notices by fax, voicemail, or social media messages.

What Happens Next

  1. We acknowledge receipt of your notice within 24 hours (business days).
  2. If the notice is complete and valid on its face, we remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material within 24 to 48 hours.
  3. We forward a copy of the complete notice โ€” including your contact information โ€” to the user or partner who supplied the content.
  4. If we remove embedded content, the underlying partner host may also take independent action.

Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notice containing:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the material that was removed and the URL where it appeared before removal.
  3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your name, address, and telephone number, plus a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if outside the United States, any judicial district in which our service provider may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the complainant.

Send counter-notices to the same DMCA address above.

Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, we have adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, users or partners who are deemed to be repeat infringers.

Misrepresentations

Under 17 U.S.C. ยง 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that material was removed by mistake or misidentification, may be liable for damages. Please consult a lawyer before filing a notice or counter-notice if you're unsure.

Games Embedded From Third Parties

Some games on this site are embedded from third-party partner platforms (notably Gameriz). We do not host those game files โ€” we only load their player pages via iframe. If your complaint concerns an embedded game, we encourage you to also send a takedown notice directly to the host. We can remove the embed from our pages, but removing the file from the host requires notifying the host as well.
